Advanced Education developed the QUICKstart program with teachers and support staff in mind. This means your staff and support people can begin using our technology right away. Installation is not just about installing the equipment and leaving you to deal with all subsequent issues on your own. We send our Educational Consultants to your school or learning facility. Advanced - Educational Consultants are former teachers who verify that installation was done to specification and also teach your staff the basics to help you get started with a SMART Board and other classroom technology. Our commitment is making sure your staff are more than comfortable and confident to use technology in their classroom.

Quick start Geometry Story

“One of Advanced Education’s Education Consultants arrived at a school to deliver a quick start session for a teacher who had just received a SMART board. Both the teachers and students were excited about the arrival of the technology in their classroom, and couldn’t wait to get their hands on it. It just happened that on that day the teachers’ current class was involved in Geometry basics. Seeing an opportunity our EC used part of the QS session to show the teacher how to make use of the protractor function to teach Geometry basics. They spent some time working on effective strategies for making use of the Gallery Essentials.

A few days later we received a SMART notebook file (SMARTBOARD communication email) created by the class with comments describing how the SMART board had successfully engaged the students, allowing them to grasp the concepts and apply the concept to real world situations.”
