SMART Table Technical Training is intended primarily for technical support staff in the school district but may also be of interest to some school level educators who support technology in their school or family of schools.
Course Description
SMART Table Technical Training course takes you under the hood of the table and introduces you to the initial setup routine as well as other hints and tips for maintenance and support of the SMART Table. In addition we’ll show you how to install the SMART Table software Toolkit on the teacher computer and strategies for transferring files from the teacher computer to the SMART Table.
By the end of this course participants will be able to:
- Install and set up the UPS
- Install the WiFi connection
- Centre the image
- Orient the Table
- Trouble shoot potential start up problems
- Replace the bulb
- Use the Table in student and teacher mode
- Install the SMART Table Software Toolkit
- Transfer files to the Table
