Intended Audience

SMART Board Technical Training is intended for support staff that is responsible for installing, and maintaining SMART Boards in the school or school district.


Course Description

SMART Board Technical Training starts with a comparison of the SMART board models. Other topics include strategies for adjusting projectors that are part of the Integrated SMART Board units, trouble shooting tips, firmware upgrades, surface care, and testing the SMART board after installation.

By the end of this course participants will be able to:

  • Connect the cabling
  • Install / update firmware
  • Adjust the projector
  • Replace the projector filter
  • Register a SMART board with SMART
  • Connect included and optional peripherals
  • Swap out the pen tray and controller
  • Explain the EULA that accompanies all SMART software


Costs

$295 + gst per person + applicable taxes
