FrontRow Audio System trial offer
FrontRow, the global leader in the Classroom Audio System category, is pleased to offer you the opportunity to evaluate their product, FrontRow ToGo (the "Product"), as part of this new trial offer, while supplies last.
A maximum of one Product may be provided to any given school as part of the trial offer. Applicants may apply to participate in the trial offer at any given time. By applying for this offer, you acknowledge that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The trial is available only to accredited educational institutions in Ontario.
- More than one school per district may participate in the trial.
- A school may participate in this trial only one time.
- Applicants may apply to participate in the trial offer at any given time.
- Applicants are not guaranteed participation in this offer.
- A limited quantity of the Product is available for this offer
- A maximum of one Product may be provided to any given school as part of the trial offer.
- This offer applies only to products that have been shipped to customers specifically as part of the trial offer.
- The Product is subject to FrontRow’s standard warranty
- This trial offer is nontransferable and cannot be combined with any other offer.
- This trial offer may change or end without notice.
Delivery and Shipping
If you are selected to participate in this trial offer, you will be contacted by Advanced Education, who will make arrangements for the Product to be shipped and delivered to you. Your only obligation will be to pay a one freight charge (upon return of the Product or upon purchase). Upon delivery, you agree to be responsible for the Product and secure it in a safe location.
Option to Purchase
You have no obligation to purchase the Product. At the end of this trial offer, you will be contacted by the Advanced Education. If you wish to purchase the Product, you may do so at that time. Upon receipt of payment, one-way freight charge, ownership and title to the Product will transfer to you.
Return of Product
Should you choose not to purchase the Product, Advanced Education will arrange for the Product to be shipped back to FrontRow. Your only obligation will be to pay the return shipping cost.
